Perennial Empire is a New York City general contractor built for occupied-building renovation, with 90-plus W2 tradespeople self-performing seven in-house trades across all five boroughs. Founded in 2017, the company handles co-op and condo capital improvements coordinated with boards, hallway and common-area work, phased hotel, office and retail renovations, and NYCHA PACT and affordable housing programs with residents in place, reporting more than 3,000 units renovated and over $100M in completed work.
